Pratyaksha is considered one of the primary and most reliable means of acquiring valid knowledge (Pramana).
The phrase posits that the human body (and consciousness) is a miniature replica of the universe. We are held on to the earth because of gravitational force, and this force affects us more than what meets the eye.
“Yatha pinde, tatha brahmande” elaborates on the idea that the human body (Pinde – पिण्डे), as a microcosm, reflects the same fundamental principles and structures as the entire universe (Brahmande – ब्रह्माण्डे), the macrocosm.
